Other features: Samsung LED TVs are packed with some useful features as well. However, the most riveting feature is the availability of 2 USB ports. This is hugely helpful while watching downloaded movies. No hassles of connecting the desktop/laptop to the TV. We can directly connect the USB pen drive to the Samsung LED TV’s USB port and we are on our way! The default video player plays most of the formats which again is a good news. Another feature is the availability of Bluetooth. This blessing of technology is mindboggling. Easy transfer of small files/songs/photos within seconds! The transfer rate too is pretty decent. Finishing of the Samsung LED TV sets are exceptional. Especially the black color with the thin panel looks good! After sales service: One of the competitors of Samsung is close on heels with Samsung in all other departments except after sales services. Samsung has good customer service and the response time is 3-5 business days which is mostly acceptable. The technical department is pretty decent and they try their best to provide the quickest resolution.
Price: Samsung LED TVs were pretty expensive at the beginning, however, they have slashed their prices and are now in the affordable category. The higher series are still pretty expensive but when compared to the quality they deliver, it’s pretty ok.
